Link is the name of the progressive and simple, AS-i capable switchgear and
installation system from Moeller. Wherever electrical drives are to be installed
or controlled, Rapid
Link components make the job easier. Rapid Link brings new economic viability,
especially for horizontal conveyor systems. Quick and error-free installation
in the high degree of protection IP65 is one of the key points of this new system.
Its cohesiveness in terms of hardware and software saves money, time and effort
for engineering and commissioning, and in the event of equipment having to be
exchanged during servicing.

Rapid installation in IP 65
The Rapid Link components are supplied with 400 V or 24 V via a flexible, 7
x 2.5 mm 2 current busbar. Units can be set at any position along the flexible
busbar using plug or screw junctions. The yellow flat conductor of the AS-interface
runs parallel to the current bus. Thanks to the insulation displacement technology
of the flexible busbar and the AS-I cable, contacting is always trouble-free
and needs no wire stripping.
