Simple control and setting

Your control is simply wired at the touch of a button with the MFD-Titan. Naturally, all the function blocks of the easy800 control relay are at your disposal. This includes PID-controllers with all the additional function blocks.

Up to eight stations can communicate with one another using the integral easy-NET network. Each easy-NET station can run its own programs. Thus, decentralized, intelligent and fast to install control systems are possible. Naturally, an MFD-Titan device can communicate with seven other devices on the network.

Input contact "I1"   Input contact"I2"
Input contact 'I1'   Input contact"I2"

Connect contact and coil field

Select relay coil "Q1"

Connect contact and coil field   Select relay coil "Q1"

Enter circuit-diagrams and parameters directly on the devices

A circuit diagram is wired using ladder logic. The circuit-diagram is entered directly in the MFD-Titan display.

You can:

Wire make and break contacts in series and parallel

Switch output relays and auxiliary relays

Define outputs as coils, remote-control switches, positive/negative edge detection or as a relay with a self-holding contact

Select timer relays with differing functions:
  • On delayed
  • On delayed with random switching
  • Off delayed
  • Off delayed with random switching
  • On delayed and off delayed
  • On delayed and off delayed with random switching
  • Pulse shaping
  • Synchronous flashing
  • Asynchronous flashing
Use up/down counters
Count fast signals:
  • Up/down counters with upper and lower limit values
  • Preset
  • Frequency counters
  • Fast counters
  • Count incremental encoder pulses
Compare values
Copy and compare ranges of values
Display text with variables, enter setpoint values
Process inputs/outputs (DC devices)
Use 7-day and 52-week counters
Count operation hours (run time counter)
Communicate via the integral easy-NET network
Control with P, PI and PID controllers
Scale arithmetic values
Output manipulated values as pulse-width modulated signals
Limit values

Implement arithmetical functions:

  • Addition
  • Subtraction
  • Multiplication
  • Division

Trace the flow of current in a circuit

Load a circuit-diagram, save it and assign a password.
