Emergency-Stop Buttons – Maximum, Tamper-Proof Safety

Whether in the control cabinet or in suspension panels, signals are clearly conveyed using the RMQ Titan control circuit devices. The illuminated Emergency-Stop button has an integrated indicator light. This safety component is in this way clearly visible in darkened rooms and a separate indicator light is no longer necessary. Important messages can also be reinforced with a warning signal: The buzzer in the RMQ Titan range has a piercing, continuous tone that ensures the rapid recognition and elimination of hazards.

The Emergency-Stop button in the RMQ 16 range offers a number of significant features - tamper-proof, degree of protection IP 65, and the availability of an illuminated version. An integral multiple LED is either permanently lit or lights up when actuated according to the circuit design.

Big and rugged
FAK foot and palm switches with their large operating surfaces are tamper-proof to ISO 13 850/EN 418. They can be actuated with the flat of the hand, the closed fist, wearing gloves and with the elbow or foot, thus allowing the operator to react quickly. The high degree of shock resistance and protection to IP 69 K make the FAK the ideal device for rugged applications.

For example, FAK foot and palm switches are fitted on the outside of refuse collection vehicles. They can even be cleaned with high-pressure steam jets.
