Power Supply Units: New, Powerful easyPower Supply Units from Moeller.

The new easy500-POW and easy600-POW easyPower supply units are primary switched mode power supplies that are optimally adapted to Moeller's easyRelay, easyControl and easySafety product series in terms of functions and design. The two new easyPower supply units in the 24V/ 2.5A and 24V/ 4.2A output range complete the upper range of the existing series with the products easy200-POW and easy400-POW.

The easy500-POW and easy600-POW power supply units are designed with an outstanding housing concept: The compact design developed for rail mounting, with a 45mm standard front dimension ensures simple integration in flat switch and fuse cabinets. With a standard appearance the new power supply units fit ideally in the easyRelay, easyControl and easySafety product series. Thanks to their universal voltage input (AC 85 V to 264 V) the range of types required is small. The wide range input and radio interference class B enable the easyPOW switched-mode power supply units to be used flexibly in a several different applications. The power supply units can be connected in parallel in order to increase the power supply. easy500-POW and easy600-POW are provided with powerful protective functions such as no-load, overload and continuous short-circuit protection (hiccup mode approx. 10 Hz). Both power supply units also offer exact output regulation in the event of changes to the load or power supply.

These high-performance power supply units support safe operation in plants and machines. They operate reliably and are easy to use. A permanently lit LED (green) indicates the correct status of the output voltage. The LED flashes as soon as the protective function of easyPOW is activated.

easyPower supply units comply with the standards EN 55011, EN 55022, IEC/EN 61000-4, IEC 60068-2-27, SELV output voltage Ua to EN 60950 and EN 50178. The power supply units are certified to CE, UL, CSA.

The compact easy500-POW (W x H x D = 71.5 mm × 90 mm × 58 mm) and easy600-POW (107.5 mm × 90 mm × 58 mm) can be mounted horizontally and vertically on a mounting rail.
