Motorstarterkombinationen: Stecken statt schrauben

Motorstarter bis 12 A von Moeller lassen sich jetzt aus Standardkomponenten – wahlweise konventionell verdrahtet oder werkzeuglos – zusammenstecken. Dies erreicht Moeller mit der Kombistecktechnik: Schütze DIL und Motorschutzschalter PKZ sind serienmäßig und ohne Aufpreis mit Buchsen ausgestattet, worin Anwender die Verbindungselemente einfach einstecken. Somit entfallen die bislang typischen, zeit- und kostenintensive Arbeitsschritte wie Ablängen, Abisolieren, Aderenden behandeln und kennzeichnen sowie Schrauben mit definiertem Drehmoment festdrehen. Das Prüfen der elektrischen Verbindung zwischen Motorschutzschalter und Schütz reduziert sich auf eine reine Sichtprüfung.

Motor starter combinations: Plugs replace screws

Moeller motor starters up to 12 A can now be assembled from standard components with either conventional wiring or as toolless plug-in assemblies. Moeller has been able to achieve this with the toolless combination plug connector. DIL contactors and PKZ motor-protective circuit-breakers now come at no extra cost with sockets as a standard feature, enabling users to simply plug together the connection elements. Time consuming and costly operations such as cutting cables to length, cable stripping, preparing cable ends, labelling and screwing to a defined torque are thus no longer necessary. The checking of electrical connections between the motor-protective circuit-breaker and the contactor now only involves a visual check.
